is a difference between the software license that you purchased, the physical
software enable key, and your support contract (if any). We typically
license our products with no time limit. Unless your software enable key (or
license key) is dated, your software will continue to work. If you do have a
dated key, you can request an extension by contacting the ADT Sales Rep. As for
your support contract, if that runs out at the end of March, then you won't be
able to call Customer Support, nor will you be eligible for new
