found that if I placed an ADD UPDATE, and not just an ADD after the OUTPUT
clause, it worked! It looks like PH is opening the connection to the database
differently when you say ADD UPDATE as opposed to just ADD. Mind you this only
works of course, if we're creating a subfile from the table we're going to add
back into again later on. If the logic specifically only wants an ADD, even when
there are possibilities of an UPDATE occurring because of similar primary keys,
then we're in trouble.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
