command may well work with the wrong dictionary. It depends how wrong the
dictionary is. For example, if there are entities in the compiled file that are
not in the dictionary, you'll get errors pretty quickly. However, if it's things
like missing descriptions (that are used for help), you just won't see the help.
Worse, if you use application security, but it's different between different
dictionaries that otherwise have the same entities, you may get unpredictable
